Change of copy — add initial setup charge per color, the absolute minimum quantity per change of copy is the minimum quantity per item.
Large Quantity orders — Saba Agency requires a product proof prior to production on all large orders.
Proofs — price includes a free virtual sample prior to production as long as vector art is provided.
Less than minimums — must be approved by a Saba Agency representative.
Over and under runs — Saba Agency reserves the right to over ship or under ship up to 25% of the quantity specified on the order although most orders will be delivered with no over or under runs.
Special product colors — Contact your Saba Agency Account Executive for quantities and pricing.
Production Time — 10 to 15 working days on most items although our rush service is available on a limited number of products. In a rush situation please call our Sales Department at (888) 492-4186 for our rush services.
When we receive your order our customer service department will call you to gather more information for your decoration needs and you will receive a custom quote for your project.

Compress using Zipit (Version 7) or Stuff it (Version 12)
Save artwork in one of the above accepted formats. Convert all fonts to outlines and include any attached/peripheral files separately. Compress all files (Zip or Stuffit). Purchase orders must state artwork sent by e-mail and include copy of artwork. Company name/contact, phone number and purchase order number must be clearly identified on your e-mail and fax. Make sure correct artwork is attached to your e-mail. You may contact CalSHRM Award Store Customer Service to confirm receipt of your e-mailed artwork.
